President Muhammadu Buhari (PMB) yesterday, January 12th was at the National Assembly to resubmit names of Non- career ambassadorial nominees
, 60 days subsequent to the legislature rejection of his previous Nominees.

Prominent names like George Oguntade, a retired Supreme Court Judge, and Olorunmimbe Mamora, former Senator, are among nominees dropped by Mr. Buhari.

Adegboyega Ogunwusi, an elder brother of the Ooni of Ife, Enitan Ogunwusi, was dropped fro the list.

Recall that governors on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) had last year complained that the previous nominees were drawn from their respective states without their knowledge.

Just as Senate President Bukola Saraki read the new nominees on Thursday.
