Fidelity Bank over the week splashed over six of its bank
loyal customers with a sum of N9 million in the 4th draw of the
bank’s ongoing ‘Get Alert in Million’ promo meant at promoting financial
inclusion.

Mrs Chijioke Ugochukwu, the bank’s Executive Director, while
speaking at the bank’s draw held in Lagos city, Shared Services, Fidelity Bank,
said that the major goal of the promo was to promote financial inclusion.
Mrs Chijioke said that the promotion was part of the bank’s endeavour
in cheering savings culture among Nigerians and also to improve its customer’s
standard of living.
“We will try as much as possible to make sure that more customers
who have interest in this promo are able to participate and get the benefit
fully.
To express our dedication to reward our customers, we have
started rewarding customers in the second week of the year, with the fourth
monthly draw.
“December last year was a month of plenteous alerts in
Fidelity Bank plc and in Nigeria as customers that emerged winners  has a course to smile home.”
Mrs Chijioke stated that the bank had conducted three draws
since the promo started four months ago.
She also said the total of N32 million had been awarded to 55
lucky winners that emerged since the introduction of the promo.
“As at today, we have conducted and awarded three draws
since this promo started four months ago and so far, 55 winners have emerged.
“As a matter of fact, we would be awarding N9 million to8 of
our customers.
 In other to make this
rewarding, there would be 12 consolation prices of refrigerators and
generators, all to be taken away by their winners.
“It is worth mentioning that at the end of this draw, we must
have rewarded over N41 million in cash and 50 consolation gifts.
“Nonetheless, more importantly, we still have N64 million on
the table, waiting for both account holders and forthcoming customers to win,” so
she said.
The News Agency of Nigeria reports that some of the winners
at the fourth draw included Ali Yusuf, a customer of the bank from Maiduguri
branch, who won N1 million; Benjamin Samuel Idoroh who resides in Abuja, also
took home with him N1 million; and Bolanle Gbadebo from Ado-Ekiti, Attah Maria
Edugwu, residing in Lagos won N1 million; Frank Chukwudi Sebastine from Port
Harcourt who won N2 million and Ifeanyi Victor who went home in a grand style
with a star prize of N3 million.
